In Vineyard Kids, we raise up kids who are supplying the destiny of Cleveland through the love of Jesus every day. Our Bible-based lessons are presented in a spirit-filled environment where being real with each other helps us connect with Jesus and with the world we are called to love.
Students in kindergarten through fifth grade meet together in a large group for worship and then in age-based small groups for discussion and prayer time. We are currently using The Gospel Project, a curriculum that takes us through the entire Bible in three years, showing us where Jesus is in the story all along the way.
Our preschool students (ages 3-5) have lots of time to play. Bible stories are presented through the Jesus Storybook Bible in both book and video formats. Prayer time and snack time each week help us build the foundation for Christian community.
Children two and under are welcome to join us in our infant room. Here, the same staff member (a degreed teacher with first aid training) welcomes little ones every week, providing the consistency and security both little ones and new parents need. For families not quite ready to separate little ones from their parents, our "Family Room" allows a place for moms and dads to view and hear our service while taking care of their precious little one.
We value creating a safe environment for all children and families, where everyone feels safe and welcomed by their friends and teachers. We background check all of our teachers and leaders for children's ministry. Upon arriving, please stop at the registration desk so we can meet you and your children, give you a parent tag and a name tag for your children, and show you around our classrooms!
